I was invited to the Nottingham branch of The Body Shop on Thursday to have a look (and shop) their 2017 Christmas collection. The Body Shop is one that I have been in 100s of times but barely tried any of their products, so I was really looking forward to getting to explore their different ranges. It turns out I loved everything! Their Christmas collection is just brilliant, such a big range of gifts. Everything from a lovely little tin with a hand cream and nail file for £7, to the amazing 5 jars of their most loved facial masks in a beautiful gift box for £70! They have also collaborated with House of Holland on a stunning selection of gifts! Including the robot money box below!
Their 3 Christmas scents Frosted Berries, Frosted Plum and Vanilla Chai! I think the Vanilla Chai is my favourite.
What I found most amazing is their #PlayForPeace campaign. Every gift you buy from their seasonal gift collections helps refugee children to play in a safe place for a year. For every gift you buy from their seasonal gift collections, they will donate 4.4p to International Alert’s Peace Play Project. Which is just brilliant, they also talked us through their campaign from last year and told us how well they help the charity.
I purchased a few bits and I also had my skin tested to see what my skin type is and also how hydrated it is, which was really interesting. But the products that grabbed my attention most is these bath bombs and bath bubbles. There are 8 different ones to choose from (they only had 7 of them in stock) they smell absolutely amazing! Every blogger there were loosing their s**t over them. The best thing about them is that they are only £1.50 plus every purchase is 4.4p donated to the International Alert’s Peace Play Project!! Whats not to love!!
They have also been campaigning against animal testing since 1989 and they have a petition going currently they have 3,532,423 signatures and they need 8m by 2018 to present to the UN General Assembly. If you want to support them please do so, it only takes a minute!
